Daily is a personal executive-function assistant for college students: daily routines, schoolwork broken into steps, your schedule, and a place to think out loud.

Getting into the app

Daily is invitation-only. On first launch it asks for a one-time setup code. That code comes from the person who set up your account. If your code does not work, it may have already been used or expired. Ask for a new one.

Common questions

• I lost my phone or got a new one. Your data lives on the server, not the phone. Install the app on the new device and enter a fresh setup code.
• Reminders are not arriving. Check that notifications are allowed for Daily in the iOS Settings app.
• Something in my schedule is wrong. Events imported from a school calendar update when that calendar updates. Events you add yourself can be edited in the app.
• I want my data deleted. Email [email protected] and we will delete the account and its contents within 30 days.

Reporting a problem

The fastest route is the feedback screen inside the app, which sends the report with enough context for us to reproduce it. You can also email us directly.
